A 300-acre integrated medical city combining hospital, academic, research, wellness, and residential facilities. Positioned as West Africa's first AI-ready hospital with specialist centres of excellence not currently available in the sub-region. Phased delivery across two phases.

A major affordable housing programme delivering 8,000 units across 203 acres under a government PPP framework. Mixed-income typology with integrated community infrastructure. Phase 1 underway.
